BREZTRI combines 3 medicines in one inhaler that work together to help you breathe easier and stay in control of your symptoms.1
BUDESONIDE (say ‘bew-dess-oh-nide’)
Reduces and prevents inflammation in your lungs1
FORMOTEROL (say ‘for-mot-er-ol’)
Stops tightening of muscles in lungs1
GLYCOPYRRONIUM (say ‘GLY-ko-PIR-oh-nee-um’)
Opens the airways1
Symptoms happen when the muscles around your airways tighten, making it harder to breathe.3,4 And when your COPD symptoms suddenly worsen, it can be a flare-up which can lead to bad days.5 BREZTRI helps prevent this by keeping airways open and reducing inflammation.1
In clinical studies, improvements in lung function were observed within 5 minutes of taking BREZTRI.
Results may vary. BREZTRI is not used to relieve sudden breathing problems and will not replace a reliever inhaler, e.g Ventolin. BREZTRI is not for the treatment of asthma.

BREATHE BETTER WITH BREZTRI
BREZTRI is a long-term maintenance medicine used every day to help manage your COPD symptoms. You need to use it as instructed, even if you are feeling well.1
When taken regularly, BREZTRI can help make breathing easier and may reduce the risk of flare-ups (exacerbations).1
BREZTRI is taken twice daily – 2 inhalations in the
morning and 2 in the evening.1
Fewer flare-ups may mean better days5 and better nights.7

Safety Information
Like all medicines, BREZTRI can cause side effects, although not everyone gets them.
The most common side effects of BREZTRI include:
Headache
Painful and/or frequent urination (signs of urinary tract infection)
Muscle cramps/spasms
Thrush (a fungal infection) in your mouth - you may notice sore, yellowish, raised patches in the mouth, hoarse voice, irritation of the tongue and mouth or coughing
Feeling anxious
Problems sleeping (insomnia)
Cough and/or hoarse voice
Feeling sick (nausea)
Some side effects, while not as common, can be serious and may need immediate attention. More serious side effects include:
Chest or heart problems (chest pain or unusual heartbeat)
Lung infection (signs include fever, chills, more or different mucus, cough, or trouble breathing)
Breathing reaction immediately after inhaler use (chest tightness or trouble breathing)
Allergic reaction (trouble breathing, swelling, rash, or itching).
Do not take BREZTRI if you are allergic to any of its ingredients.
If you notice any of these serious side effects, call your doctor straight away or go straight to the emergency department at your nearest hospital.
